5 Star Service

This is my 3rd van purchased from Drivestyle and wouldn’t think about buying from anywhere else. The friendly and Proffesional service is second to none and treats every customer as an individual. Highly knowledgeable about the vans they sell and happy to source the right van. 5 star doesn’t do them justice.

10/10 service

Highly recommend dean and his team! The whole process was completely stress free, easy and no hassle at all. Communication was also 10/10 , fast and very efficient. I live in Fort William in the highlands, which is 8 hours travelling. Dean got my car to me within a week from enquiring! Have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you very much! Excellent, professional, always polite

I would just like to give a 5star review for Drivestyle truck & van Ltd . It’s the first time Ive ever bought a car/van online without actually giving it a look over & test drive. Dean is a trustworthy salesman , from my side , giving him a list to check on the Ford custom van, then from his side , sending me a video walk about of the van ,& 100% feed back on all aspects of the sale . 4 new tyres , Full service , cam belt replaced & an after sale communication . The reassurance & professionalism a customer requires . I’d definitely buy another vehicle again.

The service I received was 100%very helpful nothing was a problem from viewing my vehicle to a week later picking it up the whole process was fantastic I was more than happy with the way Dean felt with everything.

The service I had from Dean was exemplary it's the 3rd van I have purchased from Dean and on each occasion his customer care and van description has been spot on . I travel up from Cardiff to collect and all 3 times van has been true to description. I've also recommended to friends in Cardiff and they have purchased vans off Dean aswell.

The best ? can't recommend enough

I cannot recommend Dean and everyone at Drivestyle enough. Dean was so nice from the very first conversation. We was very nervous as we lived too far to view the Van but Dean sent us a video and delivered the Van for us. The communication from start to finish has been the best we've experienced. Dean and the team have gone above and beyond for us and we can't thank them enough for all they have done. Honestly the most easy and straight forward experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. We had a minor issue with the seats trying to move them into a difference position (No Fault at all from Drivestyle) a cable had snapped so we couldn't then put it back into position. We called Dean and honestly, he was devastated even though it wasn't anyones fault or could have been avoided, just bad timing the cable snapping. Dean had the Van collected, fixed and brought back within a week also not forgetting leaving us with another van whilst our was being fixed. This is our first Van from Drivestyle and certainly won't be the last. We now know where to come for great Vans and great customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish - would definitely recommend

It was very straightforward, I got a vehicle I am happy with and Dean could not have done more to help me achieve this, in a very short space of time. His assistant (?Nicola) was also very pleasant whilst my wife waited around in the office whilst I was on a test drive and during the vehicle handover.

Dean at drivestyle was brilliant through the whole process of buying my new truck. I told him my requirements and very quickly got me a truck exactly as I had asked for. Brilliant all round service, brilliant vehicle. I also loved the free bespoke seat covers that Dean put in the truck for me as well as delivering it. Excellent and efficient service

Great service from Rob and the team at Drivestyle. We needed a new minibus quickly and Drivestyle were able to make that happen for us. Vehicle arrived in great condition and I was very pleased with the service we received from start to finish.

I’ll never buy from another garage.

Fantastic service. Arrived unannounced on a Saturday morning close to closing time. Had a little wander about without getting chased by an idiot in a suit (puts me off every time) then went inside to chat. Long story short, in under 30 mins I’ve bought the best looking van I’ve ever had, Dean owns my old one and the exchange happens free of charge 4 days later to my home 90 mins away. All paperwork has been done in the background FOC and I couldn’t be happier. My only concern is how he’s going to improve the quality of the vans he’s passing out. He’s got 24 months to improve on what I consider (and a silly amount of people on a transit community on Facebook) class as perfection.

Amazing service, requested a vehicle with a certain spec and they were able to locate the perfect one for me very quickly. They made every aspect of the process so simple and easy and I had my new vehicle within a week and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpful, went the extra mile to keep a customer happy

Bought a 3yr old Tourneo Custom from Dean & Rob in March 2022. Weather was terrible on initial inspection so wasn't possible to check everything properly at their Dunstable site. On delivery to my home address it became clear under close inspection that there was a minor paint flaw on one side which was only evident in direct bright sunlight (of which there had been none for weeks) - they took the van back with no quibble, offered a full refund if I wanted it, sorted it out and re-delivered promptly. Also fitted a tow bar at a very reasonable rate. We've since put over 1,000 miles on the van before writing this review so all good.

Dean is a top bloke. He does amazing work on his motors been to him twice for vans and they’ve always been awesome. Always recommended him to anyone after a van.

A very easy, honest and straightforward deal

Very easy to deal with and straightforward honest talking. The van I received was also superb. As I had to trust Drivestyle with thier assessment of the van as i live in Scotland and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a van. I also got a few extras on my van which I got very good advice on how the final look of the van would look. 5 Star Experience all round!!

We have recently experienced our best ever purchase of a Ford Ranger from Drivestyle. We were extremely impressed with every element of the service. The vehicle was packed with many extras and although it was a 2018 it had only 15000 miles on the clock at the best price from anyone I could find. All information provided by the dealer was totally accurate and the truck is in immaculate condition for its years. As COVID is an issue once we'd seen lots of photos of the vehicle, coupled with a video we entered into the Drivestyle Click & Collect system. You pay a deposit, then £1.00 into their account, the vehicle was delivered on a pre-agreed date, the driver simply waited until the money was received and the transaction was complete. We have never experienced better service pre or post sales. We will be using Drivestyle again in the future. Thank you for an excellent experience, a great vehicle & perfect customer service.

First Class Service

After searching for the right van for months Drivestyle not only had exactly what I was looking for but for a reasonable price for the spec it came with. From my initial phone call Rob was friendly, professional and made the whole process very easy . Coming from the North East of Scotland the purchase was done solely with photos and over the phone, so I put my trust in them without test driving the van or meeting them . I needn’t have worried, on arrival the van was there waiting looking even more stunning than in the photos , and after meeting Dean, his nice manner , friendliness and professionalism confirmed I had made a good choice. Myself and my son flew over 500 miles from Aberdeen to Luton , stayed overnight in a hotel and was just a 15 minute taxi ride to Drivestyle in the morning, the 10 hour drive home was a breeze and allowed us to enjoy the vans comfort and performance. In this day and age it’s sometimes hard to find a company with old fashioned values that you can trust, with the level of service provided by Drivestyle you can tell how well practiced and experienced these guys are. It’s the first time I have bought a van of this type but I’m sure it won’t be my last , we just love it . Rob & Dean will be my first port of call when looking for our next one. All the best
